背景簡介：

在絕經婦女、骨固定引起的骨質流失患者、多重骨髓瘤患者Sclerostin水平顯著升高。經甲狀旁腺素（PTH）和雌性激素持續治療後，血清Sclerostin水平降低。隨著Sclerostin和DKK-1中和抗體(ti) 的開發研究，有望對於(yu) 骨代謝疾病治療，獲得新進展。

為(wei) 什麽(me) 要檢測NT-proBNP ？

NT-proBNP是 proBNP分解後的76氨基酸片段。proBNP是心髒為(wei) 彌補收縮無力而增大時，心壁被拉伸時由心髒釋放到血液中的化學物質。一旦從(cong) 心髒釋放到血液中，proBNP就會(hui) 分割為(wei) NT-proBNP和BNP。由於(yu) NT-proBNP的半衰期為(wei) 120min，相比之下，BNP的半衰期僅(jin) 20min。所以NT-proBNP可追蹤的時間可達24h而BNPzui多可監測的時間為(wei) 1h。因此，檢測血清/血漿中NT-proBNP穩定性更好，檢測結果更可靠，是有效的心衰檢測工具。
